Just bought some scrubs at the Florence location and the service was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Had trouble locating my size, so they called around to other stores and arranged to have items sent to my home. Really appreciated the effort they put in.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Waited 3 weeks for my order to arrive, so I had to go buy scrubs elsewhere for work. Then I found out they charge $5 just to return things. On top of that, their customer service team was really rude. As healthcare workers, we deserve better than this kind of treatment. Moving to a different company next time. If you respect your profession and yourself, find another option.

My account was compromised and I cancelled my order the day after I placed it. I got a cancellation confirmation. Months later, I receive an email saying the order shipped. Called them back and they refused to explain why the cancellation didn't go through like they said it did. All they offered was to contact my payment provider to dispute it. Apparently someone else's payment info was used, but they didn't care. All this company cares about is taking money.

Great selection of popular brands and quality options. The store is organized nicely with multiple product lines. Went with their house brand for my tops and bottoms and found the pricing to be fair. There are discount opportunities available. The staff, especially a team member named Aileen, was really helpful and knew all about the different options, pricing and features. They were patient even though I was new to shopping there. Definitely recommend this place.

This is not my experience of shopping at all. The website promised complete satisfaction but delivered nothing. I bought shoes in my size and tried them on inside for just 10 minutes. They hurt my feet so I sent them back. Weeks passed. Called them and was told it was still in transit. Another 3 weeks go by and the shoes show up back at my house. They rejected the return saying the shoes had been worn. When I called customer service, the agent mentioned heavy stains and a missing tag. I explained my dog pulled the tag off when I was packing the box and I only wore them indoors. The shoes aren't stained and everything was in the box. The tag still had the plastic part attached. I asked if they could just reattach it, but she just kept saying it was their policy and refused to offer any other solution. I can't get my refund and she didn't even seem to care.
