I contacted customer service two separate times to ask them to fix their mistake. No apology, no real help. Now the boots I wanted are sold out and the price went back up to $175. They offered me a 15% discount on a full price item, which would actually cost me more than the original sale price. Really disappointed in how they handled this situation and their customer service response.
Ordered shoes in early December and it's Christmas now with still nothing in my hands. Never received the item. I had to dispute it with my credit card company.
If zero stars were possible, that's what they'd get from me, particularly when it comes to their support team. Ordered shoes in November and the tracking showed delivery on December 4th, but they never made it to me. Seavees hasn't been helpful at all. I sent an email and they basically told me to wait and see if it showed up eventually. A week passed, I reached out again with no response. After four follow-up attempts and three separate support cases, I still haven't heard anything back. At this point I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card company since my $175 shoes never arrived and nobody there is willing to help.
Be careful before buying here. It looks like Seavees might be on their way out and squeezing every dollar they can before shutting down. I ordered something over a month ago and it still hasn't left their warehouse. I emailed to check on it and they said they'd look into things, but emails take five days to get a response and there's no way to actually call and talk to someone. Still haven't gotten any real update about my order. They just keep saying the warehouse team is working on sending a replacement, even though the tracking clearly shows my original order never went out at all.
It's been over a week and a half since I placed my order and it still hasn't shipped yet. Contacted their support via email four days ago with no response at all.
