What Shoppers Say About SHEEX
Shoppers are deeply divided on SHEEX, with experiences ranging from strong loyalty to significant frustration. The positive reviews come primarily from long-term users and former employees who praise the quality of the sheets themselves, describing them as genuinely superior products that justify repeat purchases years later. However, the majority of recent reviews document serious operational problems: customers report unresponsive customer service (multiple attempts to reach support going unanswered), unexpected shipping fee increases at checkout that feel deceptive, product inconsistencies where items arrive without promised features, and order processing delays lasting weeks without communication. Additional complaints include the abrupt discontinuation of a rewards program that wiped out accumulated customer balances with minimal notice.
The core issue appears to be a disconnect between product quality and customer service execution. While believers in the sheets themselves exist, many shoppers express they can no longer recommend SHEEX due to trust concerns around billing transparency, order fulfillment, and responsiveness to customer inquiries. The company's shift away from phone support to email-only contact, combined with slow or non-existent email responses, has left multiple customers unable to resolve issues. For potential buyers, the decision hinges on whether they value the product enough to accept the risk of poor support if problems arise.

Sorted by: Most recentThis company advertises coupons that simply don't work. I was ready to spend around $900 and couldn't apply a single coupon code. The prices aren't exactly affordable to begin with, and not even getting $10 off is ridiculous. I'm switching to Pottery Barn where the customer service is actually good.
The promotion promised bonus pillowcases with my purchase, but when my order arrived, they weren't included. I waited about a month before contacting customer service, and then they finally sent them. Unfortunately, I made another purchase later and faced the exact same problem. I'm still waiting on those pillowcases. For the price of these sheets, the company really should follow through on what they advertise. It's frustrating that they keep short-changing customers on their own offers.
My SHEEX sheets have lasted over three years and look just as great as when we first opened them. They're incredibly breathable, and I've stopped waking up drenched in sweat at night. I also love how well they stay in place on our adjustable bed. I'm buying sets for several family members as gifts this holiday season. These sheets are amazing!
I tried to get help through their website to request a refund authorization, but got absolutely nothing back. Calling doesn't work either since no one picks up and they never return messages. I've sent multiple emails with no response at all.
The actual sheets and mattress pad weren't really the issue, but how the company handled my return definitely was. I ordered both items, tried them out, and realized they just weren't right for me. Their website clearly stated free returns within 30 days, so I boxed everything up and shipped it back following their instructions exactly. Over a month went by, so I contacted them asking about my refund. They requested my tracking info and other details. When I checked, the package had arrived weeks earlier, just days after I'd sent it. I explained all this and pointed out I'd followed their directions to the letter. A week later, my credit card was refunded for the sheets only, not the mattress pad, even though both items were in the same box on the same order. The mattress pad cost significantly more too. I had to reach out yet again, and they said they'd send the second refund. It felt like if I hadn't kept following up repeatedly, I never would've gotten my full money back. The whole experience came across as either a scam or just really poor customer service.
