Total disappointment and I'm not exaggerating. Bought the new Jordan 11 Gratitude as a Christmas gift since I wasn't sure I'd win on release day, but they charged me $25 just for shipping! That kind of money should mean overnight delivery at minimum. Instead I got stuck with a 10 day estimate. What a ripoff. The high shipping cost is basically just them padding their wallet while using the cheapest ground shipping available. They probably spend five bucks on it and pocket the other twenty. Disgusting. This wasn't even my first bad experience with them. Last time I ordered five items during a sale and they instantly took my payment, but then waited over a week to tell me four things were out of stock. Getting my refund took two weeks plus the one item they actually had. Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely awful experience. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They actually shipped me shoes that had clearly been worn before. The soles were gross and dirty from extended use, and parts of the upper were completely gone. How does the warehouse team miss something like that? The shoes look and feel like cheap imports from overseas that they probably got for pennies and turned around to sell for $25 or more. Complete scam. Shop somewhere legitimate instead. Don't fall for the retail store locations as a sign of credibility.

Overall pretty happy with my shopping experience. Ignore some of the negativity out there, honestly. I reached out about my purchase and their team got back to me via text within 24 hours. They answered my questions about the order and it arrived with both the shoes and jeans exactly as expected.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order last week and after four days still had no tracking info or confirmation, even though they charged my card right away. Sent an email and got no response. Called to check on it and was told one of the items might be out of stock but they weren't sure when I'd get anything. They promised to call back by end of business to update me, but that was two days ago and still nothing. Won't be buying here again.

Pleasantly surprised with my purchase! I ordered two pairs of shoes and honestly was pretty worried the site wasn't legit or that the sizes wouldn't fit right. Since I have small feet, it was awesome they offer a size 5 when most retailers only go down to 6. Got my order in a week and the shoes look exactly like what was shown online. I'll be back for sure.
