Got ripped off at the Paragould location. Spent over one hundred dollars on shoes, got a refund issued within a couple hours, but somehow the money never made it back to my account. Instead they show two charges. Now I'm out over two hundred bucks with nothing. The store claims they already refunded me so there's nothing they can do, but I actually got double charged. They basically took my money and won't fix it.

Frustrated with my return visit today. Brought back two pairs of shoes with my receipt, but the store pulled a fast one on me. They claimed the first pair was on sale so they'd only refund the sale price, even though I originally paid full price. The cashier wouldn't budge on it. Same problem happened with the second pair. Ended up losing about thirty-seven bucks total on both returns. Really disappointed. Don't think I'll be shopping there anymore.

Stores don't advertise that they'll reject returns if you've worn the shoes outside. I only wore mine for a single day in two parking lots. The manager didn't even glance at my receipt to see how recently I'd bought them, just looked at the soles, saw some dirt, and said no return. So heads up, if you buy from them and need to return something, make sure to scrub the bottom of the shoes and hope for the best.
