They were basically selling products that were already in their regular inventory at inflated Kickstarter prices. Hardly anyone from the company was responding to backer questions, and there were no real updates about shipping. A bunch of people never even got what they ordered. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card because I had no other way to get my money back. This company is not trustworthy and I won't be giving them another chance. Just be really careful if you're thinking about ordering from them.
Ordered a macro lens that turned out to be completely unusable, and getting my money back was a hassle. I had to chase them down for my refund and it took two weeks of following up before they finally agreed to process it. When the refund went through, I noticed they'd deducted $15 for return shipping costs without ever telling me that was part of their policy. I could've sent it back myself way cheaper than that. The lens itself was poor quality, and the way they handled the refund situation felt really sketchy. Not happy with any part of this.
Really frustrated with this purchase. Customer support recommended their 3-50x telephoto lens option, which was listed as coming soon. After waiting through multiple delays since late November, the lens finally arrived. Turns out it's actually a fixed 50x model, not the variable range I was told about. When I complained, support claimed it was just a labeling mistake. That doesn't make sense to me. They have a 20-40x lens in stock, so why would they mislabel a fixed lens as having a range? The recommendation came directly from their support team, so there shouldn't be any confusion here. On top of everything, the image quality is really disappointing. This is supposed to be their premium mobile lens option, and I'm just really let down by how they handled this whole situation. Would definitely warn others to be cautious. Terrible experience overall.
