The only thing I get from customer support are generic automated emails saying they're having delays and it'll go out in a few weeks. I've tried following up multiple times but nobody actually reads my messages. This whole experience has been absolutely terrible from start to finish.
Ordered late November and my package never left their warehouse. The tracking just shows a label was created but nothing else happened. After waiting weeks I emailed them several times with no answer. Finally got a response saying my main item was out of stock with a vague estimate of 1-2 more weeks. I told them right away that I was fine waiting and asked when it would be back in stock, but since then complete silence. I've sent more emails and even asked for a customer service phone number and nothing. As of mid-January my order still hasn't shipped and I've got zero updates. Honestly this is starting to look like a scam to me.
Been waiting 33 days for my order to even be packaged, let alone shipped out. Customer service just sends the same robotic replies over and over, and if you try to get actual help it takes forever to hear back. I've bought from them before and orders usually took around 20 days total, but this is completely ridiculous. Nothing is moving forward on my order at all.

Now they're saying I have to ship the whole thing back just to be considered for a refund, even though they broke their own promise about delivery speed.
