Now they're telling me they won't give me anything back because according to their records they sent two pairs. This is straight up cheating. I won't be shopping online with them ever again.
Shoppers Stop is one of the worst shopping sites out there. Their service is pathetic and customer support basically doesn't exist. Unless you have tons of time to call them a hundred times about your return and refund, don't even bother shopping with them.
Got scammed by their support team. I accidentally placed an extra order and called to cancel it before delivery arrived. The customer service rep tried to get me to transfer money through digital payment to process my refund. He asked for my card digits and kept calling back threatening that money would be withdrawn from my account if I didn't comply. He even mentioned details he could see on his end. This is a serious crime being committed by someone working for their official support line. Total nightmare and this company needs to be held accountable.
Placed an order in early February and got a delivery confirmation email saying it arrived on Valentine's Day, but it never showed up. I've contacted their delivery partner, online support, chat, email, and phone - every way possible - and got nothing. My order was over seventy-five hundred rupees and there's been zero help from anyone. It's now late February and I'm still complaining daily with no results.
Can't trust this company. Their products don't match what's shown on their own website. When I complained after receiving my order, they basically said their website had the wrong info up. That's not okay when people are shopping based on pictures online. They wouldn't refund me either when I asked.
