Never Got My Order!!! I placed an order for around 400 dollars and it never arrived. I've reached out to customer service multiple times but haven't received any responses.

Part of My Order Wasn't Actually Available. About half my order showed as unavailable, even though the website let me purchase it with zero indication it was out of stock. They said it could take 2 to 3 weeks to ship with no guarantee, blaming slow manufacturer production which might be good for quality but bad for shopping here. You only find out your order is partially held up after you've paid and after the items ship, plus you have to contact support multiple times asking where the rest is. The promotional gift that was supposed to come with my purchase never showed up either. There are other retailers out there with way better service, so I'm going to shop elsewhere going forward.
