Sorted by: Most recentThe lights broke down after just 6 months and I'm really disappointed. I saw plenty of negative reviews about the Skip Hop Vibrant Village Smart Lights Baby Play Gym online, but I figured those were isolated cases. I thought maybe other families had rough kids who were tougher on toys. Turns out this product has real quality issues. I got mine in March, didn't start using it until May, and only pulled it out a few times a week at most. By October the lights began flickering and failing. When I reached out to Skip Hop in February, they directed me to an email contact at another company I'd never heard of, and I still haven't gotten any response. It's been weeks now. The biggest problem is that there's basically no customer service available if you're outside the US. For a toy that cost close to £100, I expected it to hold up way better than this. I'd recommend looking at other options instead of dealing with this headache.
