What Shoppers Say About Sky Zone
Sky Zone receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers either praising the venue or reporting significant frustrations. Positive reviewers highlight that children enjoy themselves and note staff friendliness and helpfulness during good experiences. However, negative reviews dominate, with complaints centering on inconsistent management practices, with some reporting stern or confrontational staff behavior; cancellations with short notice affecting birthday parties; safety concerns related to injuries at the facility; and guests reporting illness after visits.
The venue appears to suffer from operational inconsistency, where some visits result in positive family experiences while others involve staff conflicts or logistical failures. The split between five-star and one-star ratings suggests the quality of experience depends heavily on which manager is present and when the visit occurs, making the facility unpredictable for customers planning group events or regular visits.

Sorted by: Most recentThe party was going okay until the manager, Tristan, showed up and made everything miserable. He came out of nowhere yelling at my kids for being in an area that other staff members had actually let them play in. He claimed the section wasn't monitored, even though I could see employees standing around doing nothing. The place says kids six and under need supervision, and I was watching mine the whole time. Tristan, who claimed he's an 18-year-old manager, was incredibly rude and arrogant about the whole thing. An 18-year-old clearly doesn't have the maturity to manage people. He was extremely unprofessional toward both kids and parents. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the whole staff comes across as unfriendly and stuck up.
I'm incredibly frustrated with how Sky Zone handled our situation. We booked a birthday party weeks ahead of time, but two days before the event, which happened to be my daughter's actual birthday, they called to say they had to cancel because of building permit delays. They offered to reschedule to a different time and location, plus promised a 20% discount. My heartbroken 8-year-old was devastated, so I agreed to consider it if I paid a $75 deposit and they'd call back in 24 hours. When I checked the contract later, there was no discount. The total was actually $107 more than quoted. I called back immediately and got a different representative who said they couldn't help and suggested I try reaching a regional manager. I did call the number they gave me but couldn't reach anyone. Still haven't heard back. Sky Zone completely ruined my daughter's birthday party.
Terrible place. Some kid had an accident on the trampoline, someone broke my arm, and the staff was really rude and mean about everything.
I bring my grandchildren here regularly and they have the best time every single visit. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful.
Watch out. This place has questionable business tactics. They'll keep charging your credit card for memberships after you cancel, and they won't give refunds for unauthorized charges.
Perfect spot for keeping the kids entertained on a rainy day and hosting birthday celebrations. We've done a couple of birthday parties here and it works really well because there's enough room to invite the whole class and everyone has plenty of space to spread out.
Worst experience ever. The lines were incredibly long and why do I need a parent to buy a ticket? I'm 15 years old and perfectly capable of going to a trampoline park on my own.
Not worth the money if your kid is older than 8. There's honestly not much to do there, and they only have one trampoline area. You have to use their socks or buy new ones, can't bring your own from another location. One section is basically just a bigger McDonald's playground. After a while, sliding down the same slides over and over gets old fast.
