What Shoppers Say About SLEEPON
SLEEPON is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 23 shoppers, with the majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. Recurring complaints center on non-delivery or partial delivery of orders, unresponsive customer support, and significant technical issues with the sleep tracking app and device connectivity. Reviewers report problems syncing to Android phones, inaccurate sleep data collection, and unreliable app functionality that persists even after firmware updates. The few positive ratings suggest some users have had better experiences, but they represent a small minority compared to those experiencing fulfillment and product performance problems.
A smaller group of satisfied customers appear to value the product when it functions properly, but their positive feedback is heavily outweighed by complaints about the company's inability to deliver orders on time, provide responsive customer service, and produce a reliable finished product. Multiple reviewers describe feeling misled by product claims and describe SLEEPON as either a scam or a product still in development rather than a market-ready offering.

Sorted by: Most recentGave this mouth guard a full month of use, but it just wasn't right for my mouth. I got sores and sensitivity issues that made it impossible to keep wearing. Plus, it didn't help with my snoring at all. The biggest problem was their return policy. I asked for my money back after receiving it on 8/21 and requested a return on 9/16, but they rejected me saying it was past 30 days from when I ordered on 8/15. That doesn't make sense since I didn't actually get the product until the 21st. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one.
Picked up the Sleepon3 yesterday and initial impressions are excellent. Connecting it to my iPhone 14 took no time at all. Using it on my index finger has been effortless. The sleep tracking data that shows up in the app is genuinely impressive and comprehensive. Honestly can't verify how precise it all is, but the amount of information is way more than I get from other trackers. Not totally sure how long the battery lasts, but charging is so easy with their pad that it hardly matters. Apple could learn from how this company handles charging. This device deserves an A rating from me.
Got my Sleepon3 ring yesterday and I'm really happy with it so far. Getting it set up on my iPhone 14 was simple and straightforward. Been wearing it on my index finger with no problems. The amount of sleep data that comes through to the app is honestly impressive. Hard to know if the numbers are completely accurate, but the information is way more detailed than I expected. Battery life seems solid and the charging pad is super convenient. Way easier than how some other companies do it. Right now I'd rate this thing an A.
Got totally ripped off trying to install what they called a trial version of the 3.0 app. Thankfully my bank caught it fast and canceled my card before anything else happened.
The anti-snoring mouthpiece is basically useless. It doesn't fit the human mouth properly at all. I've bought similar ones at regular stores and they worked fine. There's nothing on the product page warning you about this fit issue or how they handle it, which turns out to be offering a half refund. For the price they charge, that's insulting. Avoid this unethical company. My mouth and teeth are completely average and normal shaped. Total waste.
UPDATE: Got a reply to my original complaint a whole year later. I tried contacting the email they gave me but it doesn't exist. Called their customer service and they refused to help saying my order was too old. Even mentioned that person they supposedly assigned to my case and they were no help whatsoever. The response they gave me is completely fake. This company is every bit the scam I said before. Skip it. I ordered a ring, got it delivered, but it doesn't work. Battery won't last through the night. Their customer service ghosted me so I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Made in China but pretending to be made in America. Total fraud with zero customer service or follow up. Massive waste to order from this company. How bad was it? Had to send about ten emails just to get one response. Then they demanded I make a video of the defective product because they wouldn't believe it was broken. After more emails back and forth, they finally told me to return it but gave me the wrong US address. The whole thing was a nightmare.
This thing is garbage and the return process is even worse. You basically can't send it back. The company doesn't respond to emails and their phone line is always busy. Nobody picks up and you can't get a return address. This is straight up fraudulent.
Customer service is nonexistent. There's no phone number and nobody ever answers email. Seems like the whole operation is run by robots with no actual help. Company doesn't feel real.
