What Shoppers Say About SLEEPON
SLEEPON is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 23 shoppers, with the majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. Recurring complaints center on non-delivery or partial delivery of orders, unresponsive customer support, and significant technical issues with the sleep tracking app and device connectivity. Reviewers report problems syncing to Android phones, inaccurate sleep data collection, and unreliable app functionality that persists even after firmware updates. The few positive ratings suggest some users have had better experiences, but they represent a small minority compared to those experiencing fulfillment and product performance problems.
A smaller group of satisfied customers appear to value the product when it functions properly, but their positive feedback is heavily outweighed by complaints about the company's inability to deliver orders on time, provide responsive customer service, and produce a reliable finished product. Multiple reviewers describe feeling misled by product claims and describe SLEEPON as either a scam or a product still in development rather than a market-ready offering.

Sorted by: Most recentThis is an interesting device. It captures lots of data on your sleep and makes nice visual charts in the app showing your night. The ring sits on your finger while you sleep. I was aware I was wearing it at night and that bothered me some. You'd probably adjust to it eventually though. What impressed me was how light it is, definitely under 10g like they advertise. I can't really judge how accurate all the numbers are, so I'm trusting what it tells me. It tracks way more than any sleep monitor I've owned before.
Pretty cool piece of equipment overall. Gives you a lot of information about how you sleep and the app does a nice job showing everything in graphs. You wear it on your finger while sleeping and it's impressively light, under 10g just like they say. At first I noticed wearing it and found it a bit distracting, but I'm sure that would go away with time. The amount of data you get is way more than other sleep monitors I've tested. Can't really say how accurate everything is, but I'm taking their word on it.
