First order didn't go right. They sent me the wrong ash catcher and claimed they had run out of what I originally paid for, so they sent that one as a replacement. No refund offered for the incorrect item. I asked about returning it and am waiting for more info. What's weird is the item I wanted is still showing available on their website right now.

Your package isn't coming. I ordered a bong listed as in stock and it never arrived. Getting my refund took five days even after they claimed they processed it, and I still haven't seen the funds. Now my second attempt is on day five without even an order confirmation email. The whole operation feels like a scam. They promise two to four days but their own customers keep saying it's actually six to eight days or more.

Don't bother ordering from here. I bought a bong that was supposedly in stock and it never showed up. Don't do business here. I purchased a Dr Dabber vaporizer and received a completely different item called a dipper instead. I contacted them immediately and they asked for photos within a day. I sent the pictures, then heard nothing. A week goes by, I email again threatening to dispute it with my card company, and still nothing back. I ended up filing that dispute and sent the wrong item back. They've yet to respond about any of it.

Outstanding selection of products online. The deals and pricing are solid. You get excellent customer service. I plan to order again and tell my friends all about it. I really love Smoke Cartel!

Nothing actually went wrong except I entered the wrong email address. The charge still went through but I couldn't track my shipment without access. I tried the help section on their site but got nothing. Seems like you're more likely to hear back if you post here. But then someone saw my comment and sorted out the email thing. My order showed up in just three days, not the full timeframe. The Puff Co got to me especially quick and I'm really satisfied with how it all turned out.

The piece itself looks fantastic and the cost was great, but my experience with customer support wasn't what I hoped for. The diffuser inside arrived damaged, and I emailed them right away plus a few days later without getting any replies. I get that they offer insurance on orders, but charging nearly double just to make sure things arrive safely doesn't sit right with me. They should pack correctly without me paying extra for that. That said, the shipping was quick and packaging was mostly solid. It's really more about the support side of things. I wasn't ready to write off the company since the bong itself is quality. Then things changed. After about a week, given they were swamped with orders, they finally got back to me and just resent my whole purchase. That went way beyond what I expected, and I'm genuinely grateful. I'd absolutely tell others to give them a try, and if something comes up, stick with them.

Got everything I was looking for. In my 50 years, I've never had a bong this simple to maintain and clean.
