Terrible experience with this company. I'd spent over $320 buying from them online, then got an email saying a third party called iDenfy would need to scan my face and ID to complete my order. Nobody asks for permission before you buy, and they never explain what this third party does with your personal information or biometric data. If they just want to confirm I'm an adult (which makes sense for cigars), why won't they let me submit an ID scan directly like most other shops? Smoke Inn could handle the verification themselves instead of forcing customers to use an outside company without any choice. Complete mess. Won't be back.

I saw a promo email and decided to grab the deal, so I ordered right away. The next day they sent an email saying it was out of stock. Their responses were super short and basically rude. Don't think I'll be going back to their site anytime soon.

I've placed two orders with these guys and had zero problems either time. First order was a box of Arturo Fuentes, second was a couple of 5 packs. Both came nicely packaged and shipped out within two business days. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I'm not sure what other people are complaining about because that wasn't my experience at all. What I got was solid pricing, fast delivery, and a decent variety to choose from.
