Please stop partnering with Veho for delivery! You need to hold them accountable because they constantly lose my meals or show up way behind schedule. This is totally unacceptable!

Snap Kitchen is fantastic because ordering meals is super convenient, and reheating everything is a breeze, which is perfect when you're on your feet working all day. My spouse loves the steak and salmon options while I'm all about the Italian and chicken entrees. The chocolate sea salt pie is absolutely delicious. Plus they delivered exactly on the day I requested, which is great.

Fantastic selection and outstanding customer service from the team here. The support staff members are absolutely wonderful and really look after their customers! Seriously grateful for everything. I love the convenience of pickup and the food quality is top notch. A few thoughts to share: the bbq chicken tenders are amazing, and I also appreciate having individual protein portions for chicken and salmon readily available. The salmon selections are fantastic. The individual veggie sides like cauliflower and broccoli are great too. One suggestion would be cutting broccoli into smaller, bite sized pieces rather than large stalks since that makes eating easier and faster for people with mobility challenges. Also, I've noticed the chicken teriyaki and Buddha bowl sometimes have way too many shredded carrots compared to other veggies - it should be more balanced for the price. The stir fry chicken for four had broccoli that was spoiling and the carrot to broccoli ratio was off, so please check the quality and proportions. These meals are delivered fresh to your home and taste absolutely wonderful! They're quick to prepare, maintain high quality standards, work great for gluten free diets, and the flavor is exceptional!

The meals might taste good but shipping takes forever because they use cheap ground shipping methods. There's also something questionable about how long they claim their fish stays fresh. According to the USDA, fish is good for 4 days maximum, yet they say theirs lasts 7 plus days, and that's without even accounting for the 3 to 4 days it takes to get shipped to you.

Snap Kitchen is basically all I eat for lunch and dinner. The portion sizes are so generous that I typically split each meal in half. I really appreciate the wide range of options and the solid nutritional value you get. As someone living alone who doesn't want to spend time cooking individual meals, this service has been a lifesaver. Really grateful!

This company treats customers like we're not even human. When I reached out before my order shipped to request moving my delivery to the following week due to an unexpected family emergency and being out of town, they didn't care at all. It was going to sit outside in the brutal Texas summer heat for days and spoil. I wasn't asking for a refund, just to delay the shipment. But they gave me a flat out no and refused to make any accommodation. As a business owner myself, I always try to look out for my customers when life throws them a curveball. Snap Kitchen just hides behind their rigid policies and shows zero compassion when customers face real hardships. I ended my membership right there, and now I've got a box of food rotting at my front door.

My complaint is really about their shipping partner OnTrac more than Snap Kitchen itself, but both times my meals arrived from this shipper while I was subscribed, they showed up several days late. That's not okay when you're dealing with perishable food. The meal service could be fantastic, but it doesn't matter if your delivery partner keeps missing deadlines.
