Once you place an order, you never get the merchandise or your money back. All the positive reviews you see are posted by people working for the company.

I paid over twenty dollars for a newborn gown to use in announcement pictures, but got a hat instead. I sent them an email and they immediately shipped out the correct gown with expedited delivery. Definitely going back to shop with them!

The company had around 811k followers but lost over 100k in less than a day following what went down on their Instagram account. When they finally posted about BLM for the first time, they paired it with a white praying hands emoji, which customers found questionable. Once people started asking what that meant, the company began removing those comments and then rewrote the caption to include #endracism instead. Customers asked for clarification, but the company kept deleting comments rather than engaging. If you care about genuinely supporting the movement, this might not be the business for you. Consider looking elsewhere.
I added several Spearmint Baby items to my Babylist registry but ended up needing to exchange them. Getting help was a pain in the neck.
