I've been happy ordering from them for a long time. But this year their shipping got really bad. After avoiding orders for months, I finally spent one hundred twenty-five dollars. Now four weeks later, my items haven't even shipped. When I commented about the poor service on their YouTube page, they replied telling me to be more patient. Oh, I'll be patient - patiently spending my cash somewhere else instead. Watch out before you buy.

On November 6th I placed an order, and November 24th rolled around with still no delivery and no shipping confirmation. I sent an email on November 15th asking what was going on and they said there were 'system problems from switching fulfillment software' and promised it'd go out 'soon'. That 'soon' never happened - nothing has shipped. I will absolutely not order from them again. If you're considering it, think twice.

I split my order into two separate purchases to avoid customs charges - one with a die set and another with an add-on, plus two other items. They cancelled the main die set and issued a refund but kept the add-on. Now I've paid thirteen pounds twenty-five twice just for shipping on something I can't even use without the main set. Really frustrated about this. Customer service just copied and pasted something from their FAQ when I complained. When I replied asking them to at least refund the add-on too, I never heard back. How do they sell stock they don't have, and why sell an add-on that has nothing to go with it? I'm taking my business to a company I can actually trust.

I got two items and the shipping cost seemed acceptable at first. Got a refund on one but then they sent the die set via second class mail for four dollars and ninety-nine cents. To top it off, the die was damaged. Why do they accept online orders when the item isn't actually in stock? This company seemed okay but I'm disappointed. Don't recommend it.

Be cautious ordering from here. The dies are excellent but the turnaround and shipping times are way too long. I bought a machine on the first of August and it's still sitting on the 25th. Their support team told me it's currently on backorder and couldn't tell me when I'd get it. No apology was given and they wouldn't permit me to cancel.

I absolutely love the Spellbinders product line - never gotten anything from them that disappointed me. The real problem is the shipping takes forever, which makes me hesitate before ordering again. They claim 2-3 days on the website but it's really closer to 2-3 weeks. I've had packages arrive from China quicker than this.

I regret not checking reviews before ordering - it's a mistake I won't repeat. The shipping speed is worse than anything I've ever seen. When I email them, their response is just a link to track it myself. Do they think I haven't already looked? I need to know when it's actually going out, not just track something that hasn't even shipped. Two weeks have gone by and nothing. If you want Spellbinders products, check out Bumbleberry Crafts instead. They carry the line and have always been reliable.

Can't say enough bad things about how they treat customers. This is honestly the worst service I've encountered. Orders take forever to go out and they use the slowest shipping carriers possible. You're clearly not a priority to them - the staff is cold and unwelcoming. Just a really awful experience overall.
