Purchased the Glimmer hot foil machine and got a refund with no explanation. Checked that it was available, ordered again, and got another refund with no reason given. I emailed customer service FIVE times and got nothing back. This was a two hundred pound order - you'd think someone would explain what's happening. Their lousy customer support drove me to buy the Crafters Companion Gemini foilpress machine elsewhere instead. They lost a two hundred pound sale and any future purchases from me. I'm shocked this company is still operating with such terrible service. Shop somewhere else and save yourself aggravation and money.
