I keep having orders get pushed back repeatedly and then cancelled altogether. The discount codes I try never work, and when I reach out about it, they just say it doesn't work without offering any help. Skip this company.
Total rip-off! Two of my three plants arrived dead and the last one was tiny. Everything also shipped way late. When I tried calling their customer service, I got a message saying their system was down and they couldn't help. Avoid this company completely.
Absolutely horrible online nursery! Don't buy from them expecting to actually get what you pay for. The communication is terrible. I ordered a plant and got a shipping date that came and went with no explanation. I emailed asking what happened and got another date that also passed with zero communication. By then it was too late in the season to plant, so I demanded a refund and to cancel. They told me they were updating systems and to wait a few days. I'm not even sure this company is real. I've told them I should charge interest for holding my money with no intention of shipping anything. This looks like a major scam, and I'm not the only person this has happened to. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and looking into a chargeback with my bank. I don't expect to see a refund. Go to a local nursery or find a more trustworthy online option. I suspect this company might be connected to other questionable sellers. Stay away!
Really disappointed with how long delivery takes, even when I asked them to rush. They pushed their delivery date back by 2 weeks. It's obvious they don't actually have the plants in stock, which is why everything takes so long. Another retailer could have had this to me in 3 days. Still not clear who will have better looking plants in the end.
I bought 4 clematis plants. One was on backorder until fall, and the other 3 took 12 days to arrive. I sent photos of dead plants and got zero response. They claim to guarantee plants for life, but apparently not after they're dead! I won't shop with them again, and I'm still waiting to see if I'll ever receive that one backordered plant.

I purchased an extremely rare peony through an online marketplace and this company was the seller. A couple days before the scheduled delivery, my order was cancelled, which was upsetting but made sense for such a rare plant. To my shock, the very next day a package was sitting in my garden! It seems they must have run out of the larger size and just sent me the smaller one for free instead of charging for it. They also returned my payment.
