I ordered trees they advertised as in stock and a month later they're still pushing the delivery date back another week. I won't be ordering from this company again.
What a mess with the shipping dates on my order from mid-March. First they said it would arrive the week of the 16th, then updated to the 9th, then back to the 16th. I called customer service and got told the 18th, which obviously didn't happen. After sitting on it for nearly two weeks, they finally said it was packed and ready. I got two different shipment emails with two different delivery dates (3/20 and then 3/23), and nothing showed up. By the time this dragged on for two weeks, my planting window had basically closed. The communication was completely disorganized and frustrating.
I placed a plant order in October and over the following 2.5 months, every single order kept getting canceled without any explanation. I only found out what was happening when I called them directly. When I did reach out in December to speak with someone, the representative wasn't really helpful in actually preventing the cancellations from happening in the first place.

They update the order status on their website without telling you, so you only find out something went wrong when you check looking for your package.
