I bought four doses of horse vaccine and paid over 40 dollars for rush delivery since we had a virus outbreak. They showed up three days late and hot. When I complained, they wouldn't refund the shipping at first but finally did. They promised to reship on Monday for Tuesday arrival. Instead they sent just one dose, and it arrived hot and late again. They charged me another 30 dollars plus tax. I called immediately and they refused to give me back the money or reship the rest. Now I'm two weeks behind on vaccines. When I pushed back about the awful service, the rep started yelling over me and hung up. Do not give this company your money.
