Few days later they came back with a note saying I scuffed the logo. That's completely untrue and I know it. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This company is not worth your time or money.
I used to be a loyal customer until their lack of support became clear. Ordered some New Balance safety shoes that turned out to be really painful. The toe box was way too tight and I could barely get through a shift. The insole area was also uncomfortable. When I called customer service about exchanging them, the tone completely changed and they got dismissive. I eventually got a return label and sent them back. Two weeks go by and the same exact shoes show up back at my door with zero communication about the return being rejected. How am I supposed to know if shoes fit without trying them? The shoes looked brand new when I returned them. This is how they treat long time customers apparently. You're basically stuck with whatever you buy. Don't risk it. There's no real customer service here.
My husband ordered boots from here and UPS messed up the delivery to the wrong building. That's on the carrier, not the store. But here's where the company dropped the ball: after 12 days of them saying they'd handle a claim, they never followed up. Then they passed the whole thing back to us to deal with UPS and get our money back. That's not how you run a business and it left a bad impression.
