They bought Vermont Coffee and got rid of the rewards program that loyal customers had been using. Their website charges way more for the coffee than my local supermarket does. If they cut back on the organic and renewable energy stuff, I'll stop buying. This is what corporate greed looks like.

Bought a three-pack of different salsas in December 2019 and was really pumped about trying them since the packaging looked premium and you get three unique flavors. Not inexpensive, by the way. I worked through them one by one during 2020 and only just opened the last jar recently. Thank goodness I didn't give these away as gifts since every single one was completely unpalatable. All the flavors, even the sweet ones like mango and corn, were incredibly sour and acidic. You couldn't even eat them without your mouth going numb from the vinegar overload. I'm done with this company. Not only was I really let down by how bad the flavors and quality were, but when I tried contacting their customer service on the website, they never answered. Companies that sell food products and depend on customer purchases really shouldn't ignore their unhappy customers and their feedback.

I picked up a pack of three different salsas back in December 2019 and was really excited because the packaging looked great and it seemed like a nice variety. I wasn't cheap either. Throughout 2020 I opened them one at a time and just finished the last one recently. I'm so glad I didn't give these as gifts because every single jar was basically inedible. Even the ones with supposedly sweet flavors like mango or corn were so sour and acidic that you couldn't eat them. It numbed your tongue from all the vinegar and additives. I won't purchase from this company again. Beyond being let down by the terrible flavors and quality, when I tried reaching out to their customer service through the website, they completely ignored me.
