He also listened to my feedback about the discount code feature being difficult and made sure I got a refund for the difference. The order screen could use some work with how it handles discount codes. The live chat feature is pretty frustrating too, constantly saying reps are busy without letting you wait in line. There's also no way to cancel an order online.
This is a terrible experience. You cannot speak to anyone live when you have an issue. I placed my order in May and didn't get it until September with zero updates or warnings about the delay. I couldn't even cancel the order either. The return process is long and annoying. After waiting a month with no shipment, I ordered the same item somewhere else and got it in just a week.
Tyler really went above and beyond to help me out. He was pleasant and responsive when I had concerns about my purchase. Tyler resolved my issue quickly and handled everything professionally. I'm really grateful for the excellent support from Tyler.
I've never experienced customer service this bad on any other website. I'm trying to get details on an order I placed a month ago but can't get any answers at all. The customer service is unacceptable. I won't be shopping there again.
I submitted my order on June 22nd. Now it's July 12th and I still haven't gotten anything even though the tracking says it shipped on July 2nd. To make matters worse, my order was split into two separate shipments. Neither one has actually shipped. I called and they told me nothing has been sent out yet, and this stuff isn't even coming from overseas. I'm not ordering here ever again.
