Awful customer service, I can't recommend this place. I'm normally a patient customer and easy to work with, but this company's treatment of me was so bad I can only give them one star. Their email responses were rude and made it seem like they didn't care about keeping my business. The raincoat itself is nice and works well, but it took getting a third one because the first two had defects. I will never buy from them again.

Great experience from start to finish and absolutely love my jacket. The quality is outstanding, looks fantastic, and it arrived wrapped up beautifully with lots of care. I'm glad I didn't let negative reviews scare me away. I did notice some comments about pockets collecting water and think an inside chest pocket could be a nice addition in future versions. Really appreciate the service!

The coat itself is well made but the service is really bad. It was oversized so I needed to send it back. It was a Christmas present for my wife and I asked if I could swap it for the smaller size instead. They have a no-exchange policy though, and said I'd have to return it then purchase something new separately, and of course the price had gone up by then. I explained multiple times it was just a gift that didn't fit right and I wanted to exchange. After sending like five emails over a few weeks, they finally answered on the third of January and just said exchanges weren't allowed.

The style is nice, that's about all I can say. It looks good when it's dry. When it actually rains though, water gets into the pockets and soaks your legs completely.
