Got sent the wrong size crewneck from their merchandise collection. Tried calling and emailing repeatedly but nobody ever responds. When I asked for a replacement, they offered store credit instead of actually refunding my card. Finally found a phone number online and they just told me to email. I've sent probably 4+ emails at this point with zero responses. Every time I've tried reaching out, their customer service has been absolutely awful. They need to completely restructure their support team and actually take responsibility. Getting AI responses for complaints instead of talking to real people is super unprofessional.
Quality of the items themselves is great, but I was really frustrated opening a huge box only to find a tiny lip balm inside. Not good for the environment at all. Would've given five stars if the packaging had been reasonable, and I wish I could show you a picture of how wastefully they wrapped such a small product.
Had a really awful experience ordering from them. Got skincare products but they never arrived. Asked multiple times where my order was and their support kept saying it was delivered, which it definitely wasn't. No refund offered and no replacement sent either. Their service is terrible and I'd tell anyone to avoid shopping with them.
Ordered something mid-February and it never shipped. They created a shipping label with the post office on the 20th, but as of the 21st USPS was still waiting for the items to arrive from the warehouse. Called them on the 26th and they claimed the post office wasn't doing tracking scans anymore, yet my order still hadn't even left their facility by March 1st. My daughter and I really do love the actual products, but at this rate I'm starting to wonder if I'll actually ever get my order. Won't be ordering again.
This is basically a scam and deserves zero stars. Dropped over $150 on products December 28th and was told processing would take just a couple business days. A week goes by with no updates whatsoever. Like everyone else reviewing this place, I tried calling and emailing during their listed business hours and somehow was told it was outside business hours. I need my stuff and have no way to get it.
Wasn't prepared for how terrible the shipping and customer support actually are with this company. They basically ghost you the entire time.
Ordered something for my birthday and they canceled it claiming fraud without any explanation or help. No reason given, no solution offered, and they didn't provide any way to reorder or replace the birthday discount code since those are single use only.
Placed my order late January and got a confirmation email right away. A few days later they sent another email saying the package was ready to ship with a note that USPS tracking might be delayed by a few days. By early February it still hadn't shipped at all. Couldn't find a real phone number since nobody answers the one listed, but I managed to track down and call someone high up and they were actually pretty nice. They connected me with someone else who just said USPS wasn't scanning. No way to verify if my order ever actually shipped based on the tracking number. Going to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. I'd seriously recommend staying away from this company.
