What Shoppers Say About SUPER73
SUPER73 is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 21 shoppers, with the vast majority reporting serious problems. Reviewers consistently cite severe issues with customer support, including unresponsive staff, ignored support tickets, and unavailable phone lines. Additional complaints involve receiving used or damaged units, incomplete or incorrect assembly instructions, performance problems such as unexpected speed limiters on new bikes, and warranty disputes where customers report being charged for repairs on known defects after minimal use.
A small minority of shoppers report satisfaction with their bikes, but positive feedback is heavily outweighed by negative experiences. The most common theme across reviews is dissatisfaction with post-purchase support and difficulty obtaining help when problems arise, with some customers reporting months-long waits for replacement parts or responses to support inquiries.

Sorted by: Most recentReally looked forward to this bike but when it arrived it was obvious it was a returned unit. The assembly manual was outdated for this specific version and the step by step instructions were confusing and incomplete. The instructional video was for a totally different model and didn't help with correct setup. Loose wires with male connectors dangling everywhere looking for female connectors that aren't there. Support couldn't provide the right tutorial for my model and the issue never got fixed. Besides the stray wires, the handlebars got stuck because all the cables were tangled around them.
Just bought my second one of these bikes. I'm down in Florida, not California, and this new one maxes out at 20 mph. After I finally tracked down someone who could remove the speed limiter, I got it up to 24 mph. My other bike easily hits 30. Spent a fortune on something that's significantly slower and I can't return it. Now I'm stuck trying to find someone to take it off my hands. Total waste of money. Avoid if you're ordering after the start of 2025.
Purchased two of these bikes and only got 13 months out of them with 125 miles of riding on each. They both quit working and instead of covering it under warranty, they sent me a repair bill for what's apparently a known issue with this model. Total garbage.
Hands down the worst customer service ever. Run the other way. My bike has been out of commission for three months now and after exchanging 50 emails with them, I'm still waiting for a replacement battery to show up. Even with a warranty, they can't manage their parts inventory and they care way more about selling new bikes than helping people who already bought from them. Pretty sad for a company charging five grand per unit. I even wrote the CEO and got nothing but false responses.
Zero customer support whatsoever. That's all there is to say. Won't pick up the phone. Support tickets go completely ignored. I've been pinging the same ticket once a week for over two weeks and they haven't even looked at it. If customer support after your purchase matters to you, skip these bikes. When something fails, you're totally on your own. Just threw away over two grand. UPDATE: More than a month has gone by and still no response to my service request, but they seem to have time to respond to complaints online. Companies fix their reputation by actually helping customers and making things right, not by posting fake responses. How about actually answering your phones?
Customer care deserves a negative rating if that were possible. Ordered the bike and it arrived with missing components. Tried reaching out through every channel available with no luck. Really annoying experience. They list a fake phone number that won't accept messages and no one ever calls back. This is an expensive purchase paired with terrible support.
Got an S adventure model from a local store back in April. It came pre-assembled. After about a week of riding, I noticed the battery assembly was completely loose. Looked into it and found that whoever assembled it had stripped the threads on the frame where the battery attaches. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with zero response. Really let down, especially after spending almost 4 grand on this thing.
Customer service basically doesn't exist here. Nobody responds to anything. I returned a bike that was still in its original packaging and got nothing back - no receipt confirmation, no refund notification. Just don't buy from them.
Bought my son a Miami SE model. The brakes started acting up just a couple weeks in. Their service center wasn't open until March, so they sent us to a local shop instead. That shop told me they allocate almost all their parts inventory toward new bike sales and don't keep much stock for warranty repairs. Plus the little display screen broke and they wanted over 160 bucks for a beat up used replacement they called B-stock. Pretty shady practices.
