I called their number the next day and got to speak with the founder, who was really nice and walked me through fixing my order. For a while I was getting update emails, but after that everything went silent. Since mid-January I've tried reaching out multiple times through email, phone calls, and text messages with no luck. Still no order confirmation number, no shipping tracking, and zero response from anyone at the company. It's been over a month at this point with absolutely no communication about where my order is.
