Avoid the subscription option for this brand. If you sign up, you'll end up receiving duplicate shipments and get charged twice if you need to adjust your delivery schedule by even a week. I absolutely love their skincare products, but their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Truly terrible. The final incident was when I sent a gift package to my address instead of the recipient's address. I have photos of my order confirmation. I called and got a message saying they had too many calls and to leave a voicemail, except their mailbox was full. Then I tried emailing and got told to contact UPS. That makes no sense. For the premium prices they charge, offering zero customer support is inexcusable. I don't see how they'll stay in business much longer. This was actually my second bad experience with their team, and they weren't interested in helping either time. I'm taking my money somewhere else.
