What Shoppers Say About Territory Foods
Territory Foods receives polarized reviews, with most shoppers praising meal quality, variety, and convenience. Satisfied customers highlight the diverse menu options, quick preparation times (around five minutes), reliable delivery scheduling, and suitability for those with specific dietary needs or busy lifestyles. The auto-delivery system and ability to pause subscriptions without hassle are appreciated features. Portion sizes and ingredient quality earn consistent compliments from positive reviewers.
However, significant concerns emerge from dissatisfied customers. The most serious issue involves a potential foreign object in a meal and subsequent difficulty obtaining customer support, including non-functional email addresses. Additional complaints focus on automatic meal enrollment without explicit customer choice, high pricing relative to portion size and meal count (two deliveries weekly with four meals each), and claims that food quality is mediocre despite positive feedback from others. Customer service responsiveness appears inconsistent based on the reviews provided.

Sorted by: Most recentFound what looked like a bay leaf in my meal and it turned into a nightmare getting help. They kept sending me to email addresses that didn't work, so I had to file a complaint with my state's food service department. This is a serious issue since bay leaves can be sharp, hard to digest, and pose a real choking risk if that's what was actually in there.
Meals tasted good. The auto-delivery system means I get my food even if I forget to pick my meals, and I can pause whenever I need to. They let me cancel without issues. My only real gripe is the schedule, two deliveries weekly with just four meals each time. With their pricing being on the higher side, your bill can add up pretty quick.
Total rip off. They automatically sign you up for meals without asking first instead of making you choose what you want. The customer service team is useless and honestly the food tastes pretty mediocre and boring. Stay away from this place.
Our delivery came exactly when we needed it for a week of dinners during a work trip. The menu has so many different things that we never ate the same meal twice in five days, plus there were tons more to pick from. Everything we ordered turned out delicious and takes just about five minutes to heat up and eat. The chicken and Asian options were especially great, though the pork, beef, and vegetable dishes were right up there too. We keep some in the freezer now for whenever we need a really good meal quick. You'll definitely find something you love, maybe even multiple favorites.
Really happy with it. Meals taste awesome and the portions are solid. Haven't had to cook anything in forever lol :)
Such a great range of options with macro counting built in! The ingredient quality is perfect if you have specific dietary needs, they freeze really well for later, and perfect for busy people trying to stay healthy
I've had Territory Foods on rotation for over a year now. Every meal is nutritious and filling, and most of them are genuinely delicious too. Their chicken enchiladas and Dijon mustard pulled pork are absolute standouts for me. Delivery has been flawless every single time. I'd definitely recommend Territory to anyone looking for quality meals.
