Total disaster! I ordered three bottles of shower gel and all three came defective. The scent and color are completely off from what they should be - it smells awful and not like the real product at all. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Extremely let down.

I wish I could give zero stars. These people are absolutely terrible. They wanted me to pay 249 dollars in duty fees when the exact same product on another designer site only charged 112 dollars. DHL notified me about the extra charges, but unlike the other retailer who tells you everything upfront before you buy, I had no idea about this fee. DHL said I had 10 days to pay or they'd send it back, so I didn't pay. Then I started getting threatening emails saying it would be thrown away and I'd lose all my money plus extra charges. That makes no sense - DHL's own emails said it would just return to sender with no additional fees. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This is dishonest business. Go with a different luxury retailer instead - they disclose all fees clearly and even offer free shipping. I'm really upset I had to post this, but I wanted to warn other shoppers.
