You really need to think twice before ordering here. Only buy things you've used before and are totally sure about. If a product doesn't work for you, they'll only give you store credit and make you pay shipping to send it back. I can't recommend shopping at this place and I definitely won't go back.

Got a couple items from them and the package arrived in just 2 days. I'm really impressed with how high quality everything is.

I ordered a charcoal deodorant that I'd bought before and loved. When this batch arrived, the color looked totally off and it smelled wrong, not like it should at all. I reached out to their support team. They told me color and smell differences happen between batches and it's totally fine to use. That's literally all they said, no refund, no replacement, nothing. Oh, and here's the kicker, while they're telling me the product is perfectly safe to use, they won't even let me review it in the email they sent. They only let me review the other product from my order. I can't tell anyone to go with this company based on how they handle things, and it's unfortunate because products like this are hard to come by, at least where I am.

So I tried to buy something to help myself out and my credit card worked fine, but then the purchase got declined out of nowhere. That's pretty wild. Looks like I won't be ordering from you unless you actually let me complete a purchase then maybe we can do business.

Picked up several mouth washes and I'm really pleased with how it all turned out. Hope they'll stock that toothpaste I've been looking for soon. Thanks for everything!

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The customer service is awful and the delivery is even worse, especially considering they've been around for years. The package showed delivered but wasn't left anywhere safe, and when I asked about getting a replacement, they flat out refused. This feels like a scam operation. The delivery person might've taken it for all I know since I checked right after hearing the doorbell and could see the door from my office. Something changed with management. Hopefully this company shuts down and gets replaced by someone with real values. I'm going to make sure everyone I know stays away from wasting their money here.

I bought a nourishing shampoo and had it shipped to my US forwarding service and then down to Mexico. When I tried it, it wasn't nourishing at all, it actually made my hair drier. I gave it another shot thinking maybe the first time was a fluke, but nope, same problem. Getting them to understand the issue was difficult, and then they told me I'd have to ship it back to get a refund, which is impossible since sending something back from Mexico to the US costs at least 40 dollars for a tiny thing and more for something heavier. They didn't care one bit that their product damaged my hair or that their nourishing claim is totally false. This company has real problems, and this isn't even the worst of it.

Watch out if you need to return something. I bought a serum that messed up my skin after using it once, so I wanted to send it back. After my discount, I paid about 48 dollars with tax, but when the refund came through it was only about 26 dollars. I contacted them about what seemed like a mistake. Turns out they charged me nearly 25 dollars as a return shipping fee, which is insane for such a small item. This charge wasn't made obvious anywhere, so I basically lost half the money I spent. I was excited to have an option besides Sephora, but this experience showed me they're willing to rip off customers. If they're going to charge for returns, fine, but they need to be upfront about it. They need to tell you a fee exists and exactly what that fee is. When I hear fee I think maybe 5 bucks, not 25. That's downright offensive and shady. If I'd known this fee was coming, I would've just kept it and sold it myself somewhere else. I hope they actually listen and fix this. I really do like what Detox Market is supposed to stand for, but this whole thing has me wondering if they're really as straightforward and real as they claim to be.

The products themselves probably are legitimate, but I felt robbed by what I got in the sample pack. I dropped about 8 bucks plus shipping to test things out before spending big money, which seemed like a lot when I thought about it, especially since most other brands just send you free samples. The samples from other places are usually enough that you can really tell if something works with your skin or hair. These were tiny though, barely worth opening. I got a conditioner, a styling product, and a leave-in option. Two came in containers so small there was basically just a pea-size dab in there, and the oil vial supposedly said 6 ounces but had literally just a few drops inside. I definitely felt shortchanged.

I like what the company stands for when it comes to clean products without sketchy chemicals, but there's a major issue with how they handle reviews. My positive reviews get posted no problem, but my negative product reviews never see the light of day. I've reached out about this and they dance around the topic instead of giving straight answers. What good are reviews if you're only showing the good ones? They're clearly hand picking which reviews to display to make their products look better, which is dishonest and sketchy. I don't trust any of the reviews on their site anymore because of this.
