Their products are fantastic, though they do come with a pretty steep price tag for what you're getting. Still, the quality is excellent!
I bought something during their Bliss Bundle sale and one of the products triggered a really bad allergic reaction on my skin. I started an online return and they shut it down, claiming that anything that's been used and opened from bundle purchases can't be returned. Here's the thing though, they never made it obvious during checkout that bundle items are final sale with no returns or exchanges allowed. You only find out about this rule when you've already used a product and had a terrible reaction and then realize you're stuck with it, not even for store credit. It's completely unacceptable. If they're going to be that strict, they have to make it bright and clear and impossible to miss right there in your cart before payment, not buried in tiny print somewhere nobody looks. This was my first time shopping with them and it'll definitely be my last if I can't return something because of a severe allergic reaction. I can't even locate a phone number to speak to someone in charge. The only number on the site is for one of their physical locations. That's really sketchy. For a store that actually cares about its customers and does things right, look elsewhere.
