I really wish I'd read through reviews more carefully before shopping. Purchased some boots and a coat in early March with absolutely no updates after that. When I reached out to cancel on the 17th, they said it would take time. It showed up the next day and the boots were clearly not my size, still in the original packaging. I wanted a return but their process felt like a red flag from the jump. Sent pictures and got approval. Returned the shoes and they arrived back to them pretty fast but complete silence from their end. Got a random tracking notification a couple days later and no explanation when I tried calling or emailing about what happened. Then they rejected the return claiming there was a tiny mark on the boot according to their policies. I sent proof I barely even wore them. This has been my worst shopping experience ever.
