I sent multiple cancellation requests via email, got auto-responses on a couple, and they completely ignored me. Instead, they sent the purchase confirmation, then immediately sent the shipment notification. They had my cancellation messages right in front of them but proceeded anyway. I know they'll give me the runaround about returning it too, but I'm not letting this go. This company has absolutely no customer service and doesn't care one bit about what customers need.
My husband got me the pricey Buttercup hair dryer for Mother's Day, and it literally broke while I was using it in November. The piece just snapped. I'd only had it for six months. The company says they have a year warranty, so I figured it'd be replaced. After a lot of back and forth emails and calls, they finally agreed to swap it out, but only if I shipped it to them first. I sent it via a major carrier and they confirmed delivery on December 5th. Fast forward to January 23rd, and they sent me the wrong item as a replacement. A $200 hair dryer gets swapped out for a curling iron. The store wouldn't just replace it for me directly, so now I've been waiting almost two months dealing with this mess and I still don't have what I paid for. This company clearly doesn't care about making customers happy.
This company is a nightmare. If you need to return something, you have to track down a return number first. Their email address doesn't work and bounces everything back. There's no return address listed anywhere on their website and absolutely no other way to get in touch with anyone. No phone line, no online chat, nothing. Stay away from this place entirely.
