Been a customer for 9 years and have never had a problem. Used everything from the massage guns to the Theraface and always been happy. Their support team is genuinely nice, helpful, and actually human when I call. Really puzzled by some of the negative reviews out there because my experience has consistently been fantastic. Looking forward to trying the Sleep Mask too, and I see other people enjoying their Therabody stuff just as much. This company has earned my loyalty. Appreciate everything you do.
Absolutely no customer service response! I've sent emails and gotten nothing back. Used their internal messaging system and still nothing. It's like screaming into the void. Nobody answers anything or follows up. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with any big brand name. Get your act together and fix this mess. It's really embarrassing.

Stay away. Just wasted a bunch of money. Our Theragun Elite quit charging after about 2 and a half years, and of course the warranty was done. Did some research online and found this is actually super common with the Elite model. The retailer couldn't help, and when we reached out to their UK support, they told us there's no repair center available anywhere in the country. Tried taking it apart ourselves to fix it but that would have destroyed the device, and YouTube showed us we're not alone in that problem. Got a local repair guy to look at it for a couple weeks but he eventually threw in the towel. This thing is basically a total waste of money.
