I've been around for a bit but the delivery problems have gotten out of hand. Plus the meal variety gets repetitive and boring. Customer service responds quickly but they never actually fix anything, just add credits to your account. I'm currently sitting here waiting for another late delivery and I've already canceled. Really let down. The responses from support are all cookie-cutter boilerplate stuff they send to everyone. They're not serious about solving the delivery issue. It's just credits and that's it. Hoping they improve, but I'm done.

Everything's been great so far! I've only gotten one delivery but the meals were really good and nutritionally balanced. It's nice to skip cooking and grocery shopping entirely.

The food itself is amazing, I was skeptical at first but I'm really into it! My issue is that it's a week of meals but they expire Thursday, which doesn't make sense for a full week plan. I'm trying to figure out the right order cadence. Also I wanted to make adjustments to my meals and had some trouble doing that through their system.

Signing up during the weekend means you can't pick and choose your meals, which is frustrating when you're spending good money. I registered and had to enter my payment info before picking meals, then found out I couldn't customize anything. Their customer service just said sorry and thanks for the feedback. On top of that, their site feels intentionally confusing and misleading.
