The products themselves are solid according to my wife, but the customer service is really bad. My wife got some This Works items as a gift, loved them, and tried ordering more. At checkout, they wanted to charge £10 for shipping, even though Royal Mail offers free shipping within the UK. She emailed asking why the Isle of Man was being charged international rates, and they responded that the Channel Islands are expensive to ship to. That makes no sense if you look at a map or check the Royal Mail website, which clearly states that Isle of Man gets mainland UK postage rates, not international ones. Other companies manage this fine, so This Works should too. Either their customer service team has no idea what they're doing, or they're deliberately overcharging for shipping to make extra money. Not a great way to treat someone trying to buy your products.
