This business is lazy and constantly ships incomplete orders. Most of their website inventory is out of stock. And they always drag their feet shipping. I order a few boxes and it takes them 3 or 4 days just to get packages out. There's zero reason not to ship in 24 hours except pure laziness. Then it takes two weeks to arrive with no real tracking details. The tracking just says it was handed to a USPS partner, whatever that means. Half the time I get my cigars fine, the other half my boxes show up completely empty despite appearing sealed and paid for. Terrible operation. Don't spend money here.
I've purchased thousands of cigars from Thompson over several years. Starting around 2021 I noticed some of their cigars in loose packs or bundled with others had burning issues even though they were name brands like Cohiba and Macanudo. I'm pretty sure Thompson buys second quality cigars from manufacturers as loose stock and resells them without mentioning they're defective. I won't buy from them anymore because roughly 30 percent of what I ordered in the past year or so are poorly made and don't smoke right. What's the point of a 30 percent discount if you can't actually smoke 30 percent of the product?
