These prices are steep and their customer service is absolutely awful. I called and got a rep named Kayla who was genuinely terrible at her job. If you're going to ask customers to pay premium prices, at minimum you need to back it up with decent service. There are way better options out there.

I'm really let down with this company. My shipment took way longer than it should have and they didn't keep me updated at all. When you're depending on supplements for your health routine, that kind of lag time is totally unacceptable. To make matters worse, I complained to their support team and got absolutely nothing back. No follow-up. No explanation. Nothing. It's like once they've charged your card, they're done with you. For a company that charges premium prices and acts premium, the actual service is far from it. Slow delivery and missing customer support doesn't match what people should expect at these price points. I won't be ordering again and honestly other people should think hard before giving them their money.

Picked up their Mens Multivitamin because the reviews seemed solid, but nobody mentioned that you have to take SIX capsules every single day. Six?? Why would someone take six of the same vitamin capsules daily? Oh I see, because they recommend it on the label so they can show the highest daily values compared to every other brand. Clever marketing but pretty dishonest if you ask me. Total scam move.

Customer service is useless. I got sent the wrong stuff and left multiple voicemails and emails with no response. Tried using their chat feature and good luck getting help with anything beyond what their automated system can handle. I'm done dealing with this company.

The supplements themselves are pretty good, but the customer service and how they communicate is absolutely terrible and frankly unacceptable. First off, that specialist consultation thing is honestly kind of a ripoff. You pay for it and they say they'll give you a credit for next time, but the info you get is literally just copied from the product description. And that credit they promise doesn't even work on subscriptions. Complete waste of both time and money. Then there's the subscription mess. My payment didn't go through so I got one of those generic automated emails. I fixed it and paid, but then two days later without any heads up they charged me again for the same thing and shipped it out automatically. When I tried reaching out to customer service, nothing. Been waiting four days for any kind of response. Their whole website is confusing too. There's no way to cancel your subscription, no way to remove a credit card from a subscription, and their help section is just wrong. They claim there's a cancel button that doesn't even exist. Basically you're stuck waiting for them to get back to you. So here I am double-charged with extra stuff I don't want and a subscription I can't get out of. All because their system is broken and nobody's available to help.

I never got my order and their support team never replied. Ended up filing a chargeback dispute to recover my money. Scam.

I purchased their Sacro B based on their website saying it was kosher certified. Once I opened the package, there was no kosher certification label on the bottle. I emailed their customer service with a screenshot from their own site showing the kosher claim, and never got a response. Two days later I called and spoke with someone named Christine who said the product isn't actually kosher and promised to fix the website. She was dismissive and hung up without any real conversation. The company puts false information out there and their support is terrible. I can't recommend them.

Fell for the celebrity endorsement saying this company was excellent. We contacted them requesting independent lab testing and actual proof that paying their prices made sense. They turned us down and were rude about refusing. Just like the rest of the supplement world, they're full of it. Show real scientific evidence about your ingredients and how well your products actually work, or stop misleading people.
