Had an amazing experience with Thorntons throughout the holiday season and into January. I ran into some security concerns with my payment card while placing a bunch of orders for gifts, which ended up creating some duplicate orders. Jason stepped in and was really helpful going through all my orders to make sure everyone on my list got what they were supposed to and got rid of any duplicates with refunds. On top of that, one of the gifts got sent back because Royal Mail couldn't deliver it. Chelsea fixed that for me in minutes, getting a replacement out to the person right away. Can't thank them enough for how well they handled everything.
