I'm a huge fan of Thorntons chocolate covered special toffee, but it seems to be out of stock pretty regularly when I check the site. That means I usually have to reach out to customer service to find out when items will be available again. I'd received a discount code, but it expired before the toffee boxes I was after came back into stock. Chelsea was amazing. She not only let me know exactly when they'd be back, but she also made sure my order went through with the original discount I'd been sent. The level of service she provided is truly 5 stars. She was incredibly helpful and efficient, and placing and paying for my order was a breeze. Really appreciate it, Chelsea.

Everything about ordering and receiving my large Christmas gift order was smooth as can be. I asked for a VAT invoice and it came through super quick. I have trouble getting that from other companies, so this was really impressive. Plus, the quality of Thorntons products is unbeatable.

Needed to reach out about an issue with my delivery, but I couldn't track down the reference number they were asking for. I did have my phone number handy though, and one quick call sorted the whole thing out. Really appreciated how efficiently that was handled.
