Seriously, what's going on with this company? I submitted an order and got hit with a message saying it was blocked by their fraud team. They're demanding I send them a copy of my passport within 5 business days or they'll cancel the whole thing. Are you kidding me? Why would a clothing retailer need my passport information? What's next, do they want my social security number? My full banking credentials with passwords? This is completely unacceptable and honestly makes me question whether I should be doing business with them at all.
