Poor website and shop setup. You can't order two of the same item because they cap purchases at one unit. Also there's no option for a straight one time buy, you're forced into their subscription model only.

Not worth it! After using it a couple times, my face got red, sore, and itchy. The stuff is loaded with harsh chemicals that aren't good for skin. My complexion got way worse with breakouts, which I've never had before. It feels like expensive hype and influencer marketing. Just grab regular face wash and shea butter from the drugstore for a quarter of the cost without all the questionable ingredients or subscription tricks. Very disappointed.

Please read this carefully. I'm based in Hawaii and started using this brand a month ago with great results and fast delivery around 8 or 9 days. Then I placed an order two months back for level two acne system and it never showed. A month later I ordered the serum and body wash separately, still nothing. I've run through my supply while waiting and they've ignored my attempts to contact them. I'm out over two hundred dollars and haven't received anything. Tried reaching out multiple times with no response. Moving on to a different brand because this feels like a complete ripoff.

Using the level two system has been pretty good overall. About sixty percent of my breakouts disappeared within a month. The compact travel sized packaging is convenient and super easy to follow. The only downside keeping me from five stars is the cleanser runs out fast, so you end up buying refills separately. Would definitely recommend this brand if you want a solid skincare collection.

Don't get me wrong, the actual product is great. But they hand out promo codes claiming your buddies can try stuff free, so I thought I'd grab a box for my teenage nephews to sample before committing to a plan. They rejected the order. Why even give out coupons then? And my recent one hundred and twenty three dollar order said I'd get a bonus sample with my next shipment, which I never received. I have dry skin with rosacea and gave level two a shot for about two weeks. It only made everything worse. The wash and scrub left my skin even more parched, the eye cream didn't help, though the morning and evening creams were okay they're not worth the cost. Really seems designed for people with no skin issues or just regular skin, not ideal for combo skin types. The ingredient list is missing what folks with problem skin actually need, except maybe the niacinamide.
