What Shoppers Say About timelessha.com
Timelessha.com has a deeply divided customer base. A subset of shoppers appreciate the product quality and report smooth website experiences, with one customer noting solid quality and good customer service across multiple orders. However, the majority of reviews reflect serious fulfillment problems: multiple customers report packages that disappeared in transit, weeks-long delays despite paying for expedited shipping, and a complete lack of customer service responsiveness after the company discontinued phone support. Beyond logistics, product quality concerns have emerged, including a vitamin C serum with an overly thin consistency and a poorly designed pump dispenser that sprays rather than dispenses in a controlled manner.
The shipping and customer service failures appear to be the primary drivers of negative sentiment. Customers express frustration not only about lost or significantly delayed packages but also about the inability to get help resolving these issues. One bright spot noted was quick shipping on one order that arrived within four days, suggesting inconsistent fulfillment practices. The store's product quality itself receives mixed marks: some customers find it solid, while others point to manufacturing freshness and product design flaws.

Sorted by: Most recentTheir products are actually pretty good, but my customer service experience was terrible. I ordered something about a week ago and got almost no shipping details. My package appears to have gotten lost along the way, and to make matters worse, they're not answering me at all because they apparently shut down their phone support and aren't replying to messages. Super frustrating.
Still waiting on my order that I placed back in early December. I dropped nearly $50 just on shipping and it's been over a month with nothing arriving. The fact that my package seems to have disappeared somewhere in the system is really frustrating, especially considering how much I paid for expedited shipping and the unreliability I've experienced with the carrier they used.
The shipping was quick, which was nice - got my order in about 4 days. But the 20% vitamin C serum was a major letdown. The consistency is basically like water, which shouldn't be the case. Plus the bottle design is poorly done for a serum product. You use a pump dispenser and it just sprays everywhere instead of giving you a controlled amount. Even worse, after using it for two months I saw zero brightening results. Actually, my skin got darker instead. This product is definitely not worth it for me.
I've ordered from Timelessha.com several times now and I'm pretty satisfied overall. The quality of their stuff is solid and they've got really good customer service. The shopping experience on their website is smooth and easy. My only complaint is that my last order came with a couple items that had manufacturing dates older than 3 months. Since they advertise their serums with a one-year shelf life (and only 6 months for their Vitamin C products), I would've expected fresher stock. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5.
