Popped it in the mail on Saturday, and by the following Wednesday they texted me that they got it and issued my refund immediately. Timex is completely reliable and I'll shop with them again. The other watch is absolutely gorgeous, I adore wearing it. Timex gives fantastic value and I've got two now with plans to keep collecting.
Bought a Timex and ran into trouble with the chronograph button a few months later. Sent it back about a month before warranty ran out. It sat at the shipping facility for more than a month before moving. Then nothing for months after they got it. Sent an email asking for an update and they take a full week just to respond, always saying to hang tight. It's been over half a year now and still waiting. My most recent message has gone unanswered for almost a week. Pretty sure I'm never seeing that watch again. Definitely going with a different brand next time.

Got let down badly by a Timex distributor overseas, so I contacted the main Timex office here in the States. They truly came through for me. Not only did they tackle the issue with my watch crystal that somehow couldn't be fixed anywhere else, but they went way beyond what I expected. They straightened everything out and made it right. I'll probably skip Timex products from that overseas location given how poorly they treated me, but I'm staying loyal to Timex overall and would definitely purchase elsewhere with them. Really grateful for the awesome support I received.
Fantastic customer service here! Had a tiny hiccup with my watch and the team went above and beyond to help. I'm thrilled with what I got - best watch I've ever owned, hands down. Super comfortable, easy to read, and that indiglo feature is incredibly handy. I've owned lots of watches before and nothing compares. Sticking with Timex from now on!
