What Shoppers Say About TinyBlessings
TinyBlessings is receiving uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with all four available reviews rating the store at one star. Customers report serious quality issues with baby jewelry, including stones falling out of earrings, damaged necklace chains, bent gold, and incorrectly made personalized items. The most consistent complaint involves unresponsive customer service, with shoppers describing lengthy waits for support responses and refusals to address defective products or offer replacements.
Beyond product quality and durability concerns, buyers express frustration with the value proposition, stating that the jewelry prices are not reasonable given the low quality and poor longevity. Multiple reviewers indicate they have no intention of returning to TinyBlessings or recommending the store to others. One customer specifically noted feeling stuck with a $150 personalized bracelet made incorrectly with no resolution offered by the company.

Sorted by: Most recentCouldn't complete my purchase and reached out to their support team by email in late February. Got an automated response saying someone would be in touch within a business day or two. Still haven't heard back after nearly a month of waiting.
Really disappointed with my experience at Tiny Blessings and won't be ordering from them again. Within less than a year, both items I bought for my baby fell apart on me. The earrings lost their stone completely, and the necklace chain got damaged. I contacted their support team to see what they could do, but they basically said too bad and suggested I just buy new ones. That's completely unacceptable. Their products just don't hold up, and their customer service is even worse. Instead of standing behind what they sell or offering to fix anything, they just want you to spend more money. I honestly feel lucky I didn't waste even more cash here. I'm going to make sure everyone I know understands what kind of experience I had. Plan on leaving feedback everywhere I can. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. This company doesn't deserve your business. I'd rate them zero if that were an option.
Anything but a blessing. The item came made incorrectly, there wasn't even an apology offered, and they refused to make it right. Now I'm stuck with a personalized bracelet that's wrong and cost me $150. Don't waste your money here.
Gave them multiple chances but ultimately they're not worth it. The baby jewelry is really low quality for the price they're charging. I even got my daughter to try them out, which I regret. The gold bends and warps super easily even with gentle handling. They ignore customer issues and the prices aren't even reasonable. I've got two pairs of baby loop earrings that bent after just two weeks of my granddaughters wearing them, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. One pair of pearl earrings actually hurt my granddaughter's ear by sliding in and getting stuck, which stretched out her ear lobe so badly she might need stitches. They'll definitely be hearing from me if that becomes necessary. It's sad when a company with the word blessings in their name operates like this.
