Shipping was really quick which is great. The denim skirt itself is well made with a nice heavy weight to it. Unfortunately the length was way off for me. At 5'6" it dragged on the ground. With the hem style it has I wouldn't feel comfortable hemming it myself. Getting it tailored would run about 60 bucks. Just couldn't justify adding that expense to an already pricey skirt.

Got this dress in XS since I usually take a 2 or 4 and it's way too big. Could easily fit two of me in it. Sending it back because even a professional tailor couldn't make this work.

The skirt showed up completely wrinkled in a flat package. Really poor packaging overall. The ruffle on top isn't even either, one side is shorter than the other. It's definitely being returned. I'm not sure if I'll try ordering from them again because I was really looking forward to this one.

The customer service here is really bad. When you call you get an automated system that just repeats itself endlessly with zero actual help. Ask for a real person and they're always unavailable. They tell you to text instead. Still haven't heard back from my texts. I tried canceling my order through email like the automated voice said I could, but an hour later I get a text saying it's already shipping. Clearly someone sees my problem but they're ignoring me. AVOID THIS PLACE. I wish I'd read reviews before ordering. They're not providing the fast shipping I paid extra for. When it arrives late I'm sending it back anyway. I'm dreading the return process based on what I've read about it. I really wish there was an actual human I could talk to because this could've been solved already.

A few years back I got an order from here and had a disaster. Ordered a medium dress and received an XL instead. Plus I asked for maxi length but got mini. On top of that one of the other items looked like someone had already worn it. I sent everything back and swore I'd never order from them again. But I saw a black peplum sweater recently and thought I'd give it another try. Ordered the medium. Well when I opened it the sweater looked really off. I should mention I'm short in the torso, so a peplum should sit right at the waist like the website showed. This one hits way too high, basically under my bust, making it look high waisted instead. Plus it's not fitted at all even though the model picture shows it fitted. The brand is Pomander Place. Don't trust the photos on their site because they're misleading. Every single time I've ordered has been a huge letdown. Despite all the hype they just can't get things right and I honestly question their business practices. Already boxed this up to return. Really let down.
