I've used them twice now for different vehicles. First time was for a Toyota pickup key fob, second time for a Ford truck key with remote. Both times were fantastic. With the Toyota fob, I rented the programmer and cut over $100 off what the dealer wanted. Super convenient and I handled it all from home. The Ford truck situation was even better since I only had one key and it was literally falling apart. A replacement from the dealer would've cost almost $400. I figured, why not try them again? I bought the key with programmer and used their photo service. I'll be honest, I was really unsure if a worn key like mine would work, but when it arrived I was shocked! Programming took minutes and the new key runs perfectly. Definitely sticking with them from now on. Between both orders, I saved over $300 compared to dealer prices.

My first interaction with a staff member was really good, but then I was sent to general customer support for a new key and it's been frustrating. Got quotes from a dealership and a locksmith to program my Subaru key, then found them and it was about a third of the price. They sent a precisely cut key that I just needed to upload a couple photos for, along with a new fob and programming tool. Programming my car was quick and straightforward.
